Purpose & Philosophy

At Grace Lutheran Preschool & Kindergarten, we encourage curiosity with our STEM & Art inspired classrooms, which inspires the children to explore, investigate, discover, express creativity, and experiment through open-ended, hands-on learning as this challenges each and every students needs. The result is each student receives lots of personal attention and help from their teacher to not only understand what they’re learning, but also why and how they’ll use this knowledge out in life. Understanding and application are the components that form the strong educational foundation children need to succeed later in school and beyond. We also emphasize the development of strong self-esteem, confidence, feelings of independence and competence, and sensitivity to others, in a warm and loving Christian environment.

We meet the needs of each individual child to build self-awareness through music and movement, language and literacy, math, physical development, creative art, engineer building, and dramatic play. Here we’re thinking towards your child’s future with our small classroom sizes and one on one learning style.
